NetFlix to Almost Double Their Prices Starting Sept 1st

According to Bloomburg.com, Netflix is going to increase their rates starting September 1st.  You can read the full report HERE.  Basically, to keep your price down, you will need to choose to stream or to get DVD’s.  If you want both…you will pay dearly.

Netflix will no longer offer a $9.99 package of DVD-by-mail and unlimited streaming, the company said in a statement today. Instead, more than 23 million subscribers will pay $15.98 monthly beginning Sept. 1 if they choose both options, or $7.99 for just one. – Bloomburg Report

    Very disappointing that Netflix has the NERVE to DOUBLE THEIR PRICES. What the heck happened to small increases? Suck them in and then HIT them!
