I have been so sick today with a 103+ fever...I am just now getting to log in. :-( The ECB's don't necessarily reset every month. They reset when the event code resets. Then I looked at Rite Aid and you can get the 8 pack for $3.99 after coupons and all. Kind of funny that CVS states **7.99 value** on the 8 pack. If anyone comes up with a scenario for this one I'd be interested but there just doesn't seem to be a viable way even with the new P&G coupons out on Sunday.
