What a great Grand Plan for this week…I am a bit disappointed because this time last year, we were getting school supply deals out the ‘yen-yang’ (as my mom would say). This year, not so much! But still a FAB deal this week:

| FYI, Some ExtraCare Card Members received in their email a $4 off $20 purchase coupon. That would make this scenario a moneymaker! And you are getting some really great stuff! CVS Store Coupon for U by Kotex is coming from the July issue of Reinventing Beauty magazine, sold at CVS) – Remember you can stack a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon for extra savings. A new coupon was just released on the A&H Printable link. It is for $1/1 Power Gel Laundry Detergent. From my research, this appears to be the same thing that is on sale. If so, print 2 and use those, your Grand Plan total will be $1.48. |

Hello, just stopped by from mojosavings.com and I really love your scenario! Its so nice this week because a lot of the coupons you can use are printable! When I first started out couponing, it was so frustrating seeing all these amazing deals that I could not do because I didn’t save coupon inserts!!
Rikki,
I agree, There was only like 1 coupon that you needed an insert and even then, it was still available thru a printable. I loved this week’s grand plan for newbies!
Thanks for your kind words,
Lessie
What is the CVS photobook?
stopping by from http://www.iheartcvs.com. ..you’re still paying $38.xx out of pocket, correct? the game is to pay close to nothing out of pocket. i’m planning now.
Yes, you are right…you will need to pay the $38.44 out of pocket. However, we have been doing this for quite a while…if you look at last week’s grand plan…we left the store with $38.05 in EB’s. We had to pay $36 out of pocket. But we had left the previous week with $24.95 in EB’s. I advise people to either go in and start with the idea in mind of spending $40 their first trip. After that…they will be “ROLLING” their EB’s. But, I also advise, if you can’t do that right now, that is fine. Buy the first half of my Grand Plan…then use the EB’s to buy the rest of my Grand Plan. You end up out only about $15-$20 that time. I love the fact that if you stick with this, then you never have to worry about dividing up transactions and trying to get things down to the penny. Also, you lose less $, because you pick up less ‘filler’ items to get the full value of your last few EB’s. It is all in the preferences.
Whitney: If you need a breakdown of deals you can try looking at mine. Some people see things differently when presented with different formats.

Lessie: I totally agree, if you’re a seasoned CVS’er you’ve got a stash of Extra Bucks ready to use as cash.
Hillary,
Sorry it took so long to answer your question. The CVS Kodak photobook is 10 pages of printed pictures bound together. These pics can be collages or just a single image. I made 2 last year with baby pics of my girls, they both have thier own picture book now. They love it!
Here is a link to a pic:

FYI – according to iheartcvs, the pantyliner deal is limited to one deal per transaction.
