Costco has published some cookbooks to help us prepare delicious meals. Here are a couple of recipe books you can download. I fell in love with this particular recipe….I LOVE Pork Loin roast and spinach…and basil…and bacon…and blue cheese…so put them all together…HOLY COW…I can hardly wait to try this!
